The need to generate science to address the health needs of our populations is critical. At the OHSU School of Nursing, researchers are discovering innovative solutions to several health challenges, from preventing obesity in rural children to managing symptoms at end-of-life. We are also studying effective approaches to educating future generations of nurses, as well as translating our findings into practice in the real world. The OHSU School of Nursing is a vibrant community of scholars dedicated to seeking these solutions and to educating new researchers.
