I practiced as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Medford, Oregon for 27 years. My practice focus was anticipatory guidance, development, nutrition, allergies and adolescent gynecology. I participated in field research for three years studying the effects of physical activity and optimized nutrition on fitness perimeters. Nursing Education became a passion for me while studying for my Masters in Nursing Education through Clarkson College. Since 2008, I have been challenged and inspired by the students on our campus. I particularly enjoy witnessing the growth students demonstrate during their Integrative Practicum and I endeavor to facilitate their transition into their nursing career.
