Scott D. Mist, Ph.D. is an assistant professor in the School of Nursing and School of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. He is the principal investigator on a K23 funded by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NIH) for the investigation of whole systems Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of fibromyalgia. Scott has a background in complex systems analysis and methodologies with a focus on optimizing small sample studies. Dr. Mist is a member of the Fibromyalgia Research and Treatment Group at OHSU. Scott is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of pain researchers and clinicians.
