Paula A. McNeil, R.N., M.S.

  • Assistant Professor, School of Nursing

Biography

I serve as the Executive Director of the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN), a nonprofit organization housed at OHSU School of Nursing. WIN serves the research, educational, and practice needs of RNs in the 13 Western states. We present an annual Communicating Nursing Research Conference, and will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the conference and the 60th Anniversary of WIN in 2017. WIN serves as the lead organization for NEXus: The Nursing Education Xchange in which doctoral students in schools that are members of the consortium can take online courses from other member schools. NEXus decreases the work the individual student needs to do to enroll in those courses, and strives to be student-friendly.
