Dennis Greenman, B.S. '95
Went home to heaven December 9, 2012 from his earthly shelter in Elkton, Oregon. Dennis enjoyed caring for animals and fishing. Far more than that, he cared about helping people. He loved his church, the people of God. But most of all he loved his Savior, Jesus Christ. The message Dennis would leave behind for the world is that ôGod loved you so much He gave His only son so that if you believe in Him you will not perish but have everlasting life.ö (John 3:16) In high school Dennis was president of his local FFA chapter. He received his degree in Forest Management (Sigma Phi Epsilon) from OSU in 1974, graduated from Multnomah School of the Bible in 1975 and earned a BA nursing degree from OHSU. Dennis is survived by his wife Rebecca; daughter Bobbi Jo; and two brothers, Ron and Terry. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 15, 1 p.m. at North Roseburg Evangelical Free Church, 1553 NE Vine Street, Roseburg, OR. Donations in Dennis' memory may be made to Elkton Chapter FFA, PO Box 390, Elkton, OR 97436 or Voice of the Martyrs, P.O. Box 443, Bartlesville, OK 74005. ôAnd I saw a door standing open in heaven and I heard a voice saying, 'Come up here.'
