Our transcript evaluation service
The Office of Admissions provides a transcript evaluation service for our prospective undergraduate students. This service is available to prospective students who are unsure if their prerequisite courses will meet our application requirements. In addition to evaluating your prerequisite coursework, our admissions staff will be able to calculate your admissions GPA. Please note that we are unable to evaluate your chances of being admitted as GPA statistics vary from year to year and the admissions essay does weigh heavy in our admissions process.
You will need to submit the following:
- Prerequisite coursework form completely filled outwith the classes completed, as well as the classes you are planning on taking, including class numbers, number of credits, the institution and the term you are planning on taking them.
- Catalog course descriptions from the year and term you completed the course.
- A set of unofficial transcripts. If you send official transcripts, we will keep them on file for one year and will add to your application should you decide to apply. Any courses taken between your initial evaluation and official application will require updated official transcripts.
- A $25.00 check or money order payable to the OHSU School of Nursing

*Please note we will not be processing transcript evaluations for the 2013 academic year after the following dates:
Accelerated Bachelors Program deadline: December 1, 2012
Bachelors of Science with a major in Nursing Program: January 1, 2013
