Accrediting bodies and the Institute of Medicine have set a trajectory toward educating prelicensure students to become excellent clinical thinkers in interprofessional contexts. Institutions of nursing education have rushed onto the simulation bandwagon, setting up centers, buying manikins, and pushing faculty to make it happen. How can a nursing educator integrate these two mandates?

Faculty for this course are experienced, inter-professional simulation leaders and educators. They have rich backgrounds of integrating simulation into institutional and statewide curricula; additionally, several are noted national consultants, writers, and presenters.

CEU certificates provided upon completion of course.
