Orientation to Simulation:

1. SCLC: The OHSU Simulation and Clinical Learning Center is an educational facility used to train students and current RN's/MD's. Any use of this facility will require an orientation to all students and also to instructors who have not done simulation here before. All undergraduate nursing courses will receive a
2. 2-hour orientation prior to attending simulation courses for the first time. We have found that orientation greatly enriches the simulation learning experience.
3. If using the AED, we suggest orienting participants to its use before use in a scenario.
   Please advise all simulation participants to wear scrubs or appropriate clinical attire and bring their needed equipment (ie. Stethoscopes, pen lights, etc.).
