 Puhaty Lecture - Portland - November 15, 2017 with Gerri Lamb, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N. is a Professor at Arizona State University’s College of Nursing and Health Innovation. She directs ASU’s Center for Advancing Interprofessional Practice, Education and Research. Dr. Lamb is a well-known speaker on care coordination and editor of Care Coordination: The Game Changer. Her Interprofessional Center showcases care coordination as high performance teamwork and has developed numerous learning tools to advance care coordination practice. Lecture title: Achieving the Promise of Care Coordination: What's Ahead?
