Electives and Off-Campus Agreements
- Please contact your program coordinator and/or program director for information regarding how to apply for an off-campus elective.
- Allow approximately 2 months of lead time for processing paperwork for electives, especially for sites outside of Oregon.
- You will not have liability insurance coverage for any non-OHSU site if the proper paperwork is not completed and fully signed before you begin your elective. Furthermore, it is required by the ACGME and/or CMS that these forms are in place prior to the activity. Please contact Kendra in the GME Office at 503-494-8652 if you have any questions.
