OHSU Training
You will be paid your hourly pay rate for all online training that is completed prior to your contract start date, typically 6/26 or 7/1. Completion of all modules is required for employment.Completing them prior to your contract start date is the only way to get additional pay. This money will be added to your paycheck after all hire paperwork is received and processed in GME.
When do I need to complete my online training modules?
Complete first three by 4/19: 1) HIPAA 2) Respect at the University 3) Integrity Education
All others by 5/24
Why should I do them by 5/24?
Completing all required modules by this date ensures that you will be paid for them on your first paycheck. Payment for completion of all modules is approximately $250.
I can't get them all done by then!
We will pay you for completing your modules up until your contract start date, but that payment will be reflected in a later paycheck.
Payment for completion of online training modules is as follows:
1 hour HIPAA Privacy & You*
1 hour Respect at the University*
0.5 hours Integrity Education Booster
20 minutes Emergency Management
1.5 hours Fraud Awareness – Professional Compliance
0.5 hour EpicCare Core Fundamentals
0.5 hour EpicCare Inpatient Fundamentals
0.5 hour EpicCare Outpatient Fundamentals
0.5 hour EpicCare In Basket
40 minutes CLABSI Prevention
1 hour Quality and Safety Education for Physicians
0.5 hours Hooked on Pharma
2 hours PVAMC Training Module (if applicable) – See PVAMC

*Do these three modules first, since you will need them to obtain an OHSU ID badge, which you will receive at your GME check in appointment.If you are unable to complete all modules prior to your GME check in, please ensure that these three are completed.
