Benefits

You will sign up for benefits at your check-in appointment. Please familiarize yourself with the options before you arrive. As a resident or fellow beginning on June 26, 2013 or July 1, 2013, your default benefits begin on June 1, 2013. The default benefit plans are the OHSU PPO and ODS Dental plans. At the time of your GME check-in appointment, you will have the option to change your benefit plans and add family members. Any changes you make then will be effective July 1, 2013. You may receive insurance cards in June for the default coverage, however, new cards will be mailed to you if changes are made during your GME check-in.
