We're committed to our faculty

In 2014, the School of Medicine adopted "compacts" for eligible faculty to support a stable and predictable professional environment in which the medical's schools obligations to faculty are stipulated, along with expectations about faculty engagement and performance. The intent, in outlining these elements, is to promote faculty stability, equity and transparency across all school units.
