We're committed to our faculty

In 2014, the School of Medicine adopted "compacts" for eligible faculty. These compacts support a stable and predictable professional environment in which the school's obligations to faculty are stipulated, as well as expectations about faculty engagement and performance. The intent is to promote faculty stability, equity and transparency across all school units.
