Lead Mentors Program
The Lead Mentors Program trains a cohort of 15-18 Lead Mentors who take responsibility for developing and implementing mentoring programs within their departments or organizations. Lead Mentors learn from each other, share mentoring best practices and learn new strategies with expert input and guidance.
