*The LCME accreditation self-study process was led for many months by Tana Grady-Weliky, MD. Dr. Grady-Weliky served as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education in the OHSU School of Medicine from January 2009 until her untimely death in January 2011. She consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, scholarship and patient care. She continues to inspire all of us involved in medical education and the self-study process within the OHSU School of Medicine.
