The division of Vascular Surgery at OHSU provides excellent patient care while maintaining educational and research-rich programs that train surgeons and researchers and enhance their understanding of the vascular system. Our general surgery residency program includes a vascular surgery rotation and specialization.

The ACGME Vascular Surgery Fellowship is for post-residency surgeons who want to pursue a career in vascular surgery. for more information on our fellowship and residency programs.

Our research program consists of medical students (paid stipend), college undergraduates and high school students. Their roles within our program depend on their background and education. In addition to working on research studies they also have the opportunity to shadow in Vascular/Vein Clinic with our faculty, observe in the OR (18 years and older) and participate in Tuesday and Wednesday resident conferences. Our research studies include such categories as PI-initiated, NIH and industry sponsor. We have a limited number of spaces available.
