Kevin Phillips, Ph.D., gave a research seminar on February 7th, 2013 in the OHSU Department of Radiation Medicine. Dr. Phillips is a PSOC (Physical Sciences Oncology Center) postdoctoral fellow in the departments of dermatology and biomedical engineering.
