Experience and Interests

Dr. Nielson has experience in the design, conduct, and analysis of observational population-based studies. Her primary interests are musculoskeletal aging and the prevention of osteoporosis in men and women. Dr. Nielson has ongoing opportunities for students to conduct research on the epidemiology of aging and chronic disease.
