Administrative Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration: Supports daily administrative operations; provides technical support as the Information Technology Contact; serves as primary department timekeeper.
  • Human Resources Coordinator: Prepares, processes and maintains all HR related documents; maintains and updates affiliate faculty appointments; assists the Promotion & Tenure Chair.
  • Web Manager and Communications Coordinator: Webmaster for department; newsletter editor and communications hub; creates department brochures and marketing materials; serves as liaison with OHSU Web Strategies.
  • Financial Responsibilities: Provides monthly financial reports; assists with reconciling process for all accounts; creates requisitions and professional services contracts.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinates department meetings and presentations, including monthly Grand Rounds and faculty meetings; manages event logistics for the department, including National Public Health Week.
