Understanding Vulvar Vestibulodynia – Diagnosing and Treating the "Two Square Inches that Wreck Your Life" is a course designed for women’s health clinicians, physical therapists and mental health practitioners. As the most common cause of dyspareunia, vulvar vestibulodynia is a complex sexual pain disorder involving skin pain, muscle pain and emotional pain. Several of Portland’s nationally recognized experts on the subjects of vulvar pain, physical therapy and mental health will focus a full-day course on the care of women with vulvar vestibulodynia.
The conference will be held in conjunction with the 35th Annual Pacific NW Update in Obstetrics, Gynecology & Women's Health, which will take place November 3-4, 2011 at the Governor Hotel in Portland, OR. To learn more about this event visit the NW Update web-page:
