Providing a comprehensive spectrum if medical and neurosurgical evaluation and treatments for adult patients with movement disorders, including evaluation for deep brain stimulation (DBS).

Integrated and comprehensive treatment plan and opinion from a team involving: allied health services, neurosurgery, neurology, and neuroscience researchers.

Neurological treatment for:

  • Parkinson disease
  • Essential tremor
  • Dystonia
  • Spasticity
  • Other Movement Disorders

Neurosurgical interventions available are:

  • Deep brain stimulation (thalamus, subthalamic nucleus, globus pallidus)
  • Pallidotomy
  • Thalamotomy
  • Intrathecal baclofen (ITB) therapy for severe spasticity

For referring physicians

No more than a 2-week lag between an initial call to us and a scheduled appointment.

We provide:

  • long term followup and programming of deep brain stimulators, and if desired
  • a willingness to work on developing your capability and skills in programming of deep brain stimulators.
