Tammy Pham, M.D.
Tammy Pham was born and raised with one younger brother in Orange County, California.
She attended UCLA and graduated with a degree in Biology. She then traveled across the country to attend medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. At Wake Forest, Tammy was very involved with various community service organizations and the medical school. She was a North Carolina Albert Schweitzer Fellow with a project that focused on augmenting 5th grade science education for underprivileged students. She was also very involved with the student-run free clinic and the medical school student government.
After her neurology residency, Tammy plans to pursue a movement disorders fellowship and a career in academic neurology.
Outside of medicine, her hobbies include traveling, cooking, baking, swimming, trying new things and seeking out adventures. She is very excited to be moving to Portland and returning to the West Coast.
