2011 IM Housestaff Holiday Party

The OHSU Internal Medicine Residency Program will be conducting intern applicant interviews on the following days for 2012-2013:

  • November - 5, 7, 14, 19, 26, 28, 30
  • December - 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19
  • January - 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 23

We will be inviting qualified ERAS applicants starting in mid-October/early November on an ongoing basis. 

For those of you that received an invitation to interview with us via Interview Broker but have been unable to schedule because the date(s) you wanted are full please use your interview invitation link and check back from time to time on availability. Due to technical limitations with the software we are unable to offer a wait list.  Please if you have any questions.

Typical Interview Day

  8:00 AM - Welcome/Orientation with Dr. Sima Desai, Program Director 
  9:30 AM - Rounds at OHSU or VA
10:00 AM - Personal Interview for some
11:00 AM - Personal Interview for some
12:00 PM - Noon Report (lunch served)
  1:00 PM - Campus Tour
  2:00 PM - Chat with residents / Personal interview for some
  3:00 PM - Wrap-Up/Q & A Session with Dr. Desai and Dr. Hardman, Associate Program Director 
  4:00 PM - End of Interview Day

Evening Meet & Greet

We offer a meet and greet with the current housestaff the evening before all interview dates. Applicants will also have the opportunity to meet current residents during the interview day. We will be sending out electronic invitations to the meet and greet (via pingg.com) approximately 2 weeks before your scheduled interview date. Go to our Travel Resources page for more information.
