About me

Dr. Kahl specializes in the care of people with arthritis and systemic autoimmune diseases. She has more than 30 years’ experience in this field, and has received many awards for both her clinical skills and her work in educating medical students, residents and rheumatology fellows. She enjoys helping patients enhance their quality of life. In addition to her work in rheumatology at OHSU, Dr. Kahl is an associate dean working primarily in the areas of faculty development and education, which include helping faculty find and grow skills and tools to make their work more successful and fulfilling. Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
