Dr. Wanchu enjoys being a general rheumatologist and cares for patients with the entire spectrum of rheumatic diseases. His primary academic interest focuses on the rheumatic manifestations of individuals with HIV infection, an area in which he has published numerous articles and for which he has initiated an Immunodeficiency Arthritis Clinic. Dr. Wanchu is also interested in quality improvement and patient satisfaction parameters and represents the Division in this hospital wide endeavor.
