The Department of Medicine Faculty provide a significant amount of the teaching in the student curriculum and most of the teaching for DOM housestaff.
Research
We have numerous faculty, housestaff, and research staff conducting research on a variety of subjects. Below are links to two documents detailing the research activity for the past year.
Patient Care
Quality patient care continues to be a major focus at OHSU. As a teaching institution we strive for excellence in patient care while providing quality teaching experiences for our students and housestaff. We have dozens of general medicine and sub-specialty outpatient clinics and inpatient wards that serve countless patients every year.
