Dr. Sharon Anderson appointed DOM Chair
Dr. Anderson received her M.D. from Louisiana State University Medical Center. After internal medicine residency training at OHSU, she completed her clinical nephrology training at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (formerly Beth Israel Hospital), and her research training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
We congratulate Dr. Anderson, a nationally-recognized and innovative clinician, educator, researcher and leader on this new role.

The Department of Medicine at OHSU is involved in education, research and patient care. Our twelve divisions are involved in everything from General Internal Medicine to sub-specialty care in various disciplines. We currently have 215 clinical faculty, 45 research faculty, more than 300 volunteer faculty, over 200 housestaff (residents, clinical and research fellows) and numerous staff.
Dr. Honora Englander named Forty under 40 honoree
Dean Mark Richardson nominated her for the award, which recognizes business leaders who have made significant contributions in the Portland area, through both career accomplishments and civic or community involvement.

OHSU Department of Medicine Grand Rounds are held Tuesday mornings from 8-9am in the OHSU Hospital room 8B60. These conferences are recorded but providers must attend the conference in person to receive category 1 CME credit.
