Elaine Waller
Elaine Waller joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2009 as the Project Coordinator for the P4 (Preparing the Personal Physician for Practice Residency Demonstration Initiative) Evaluation Team. She brings to the study over 10 years of project management and database management experience in the business sector. Elaine is a graduate of Western Washington University’s Huxley College with a BA in Environmental Studies.
