Arwen Bunce, MA
Arwen Bunce, M.A., joined Family Medicine Research in 2008. She is a medical anthropologist specializing in qualitative research, and worked in the field of international reproductive health for several years before shifting to domestic research. Ms. Bunce is currently the ethnographer on an NLM-funded study of clinical decision support through the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology (DMICE). In addition, she consults on the qualitative components of grant development, data collection, and analysis through the Community & Practice Research program of the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI) and the Department of Family Medicine.
