Research Interests: Using bioinformatics to understand human disease, with a focus on investigating novel ways to characterize and understand the heterogeneity in overactive bladder syndrome (OAB). Analysis of the microbiome in low biomass samples such as urine. Integration of high dimensional datasets (such as neuroimaging and microbiome) to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of disease and guide therapeutic interventions.
