Dr. Fatma Berk obtained her M.D. degree from Ege University Faculty of Medicine, and M.Sc. degree in Radiopharmacy from Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy; both in Turkey. She has previous training in Nuclear Medicine, and board certified in Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology. She enjoys cooking and traveling.
Dr. Ryne Didier received her BA from University of California - Berkeley and M.D. degree from OHSU. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, playing classical guitar, and is devoted to her Bernese Mountain Dog (pictures available upon request). She just returned from Salt Lake City where she completed her Transitional Year Internship at Intermountain Medical Center. In July, Dr. Didier will start a pediatric radiology fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital.
Dr. Adam Figi obtained his B.S. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and M.D. degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. Adam enjoys reading anything from fantasy novels to non-fiction, attempting piano while tone deaf, and just about anything outdoors; hiking/biking/running/camping/enjoying a local IPA. He completed a transitional year at Wheaton Franciscan St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In July, Dr. Figi will start an interventional radiology fellowship here at OHSU.
Dr. Yama Kharoti obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Washington and his Medical Degree from Oregon Health and Science University. Yama completed his transitional year internship at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Yama's interests and activities include computer science, humanitarian work in Afghanistan, science fiction and spending time with his family. In July, Dr. Kharoti will start an interventional radiology fellowship here at OHSU.
Dr. Zach Kramer received a BA in Art History from Swarthmore College and a Masters of Architecture from M.I.T. before medical school at OHSU. He completed his transitional year at Legacy Emanuel and Good Sam in Portland. He has two young children. At one time he had hobbies (wood and metal work, photography, and travel). In July, Dr. Kramer will start an interventional radiology fellowship here at OHSU.
Dr. Kathryn Snyder obtained her B.S. degree in Biology from Oregon State University and M.D. degree from Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Snyder enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing volleyball. She completed a transitional year at Legacy Good Samaritan and Emanuel Medical Centers in Portland, OR. In July, Dr. Snyder will start a women's imaging fellowship here at OHSU.
Jeff Cagley, MD attended The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa where he received his B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering. He remained in Iowa City and received his M.D. degree at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He grew up in Clinton, Iowa on the banks of the Mississippi River and enjoys cooking, live music, Iowa Hawkeye football, good movies, running, and anything else that involves being outdoors. He completed his transitional year at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Thomas Gibson, MD obtained his B.S. degree in Physiology from San Jose State University and his M.D. degree from the Oregon Health and Science University. He grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and enjoys playing soccer, cycling, snowboarding, traveling, and hiking with his dogs. He completed his preliminary year in surgery at OHSU.
Jonathan Harrison, MD obtained his B.A. degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and his M.D. degree from The Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.Jonathan grew up in Utah and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing guitar in rock bands, competing in triathlons, golfing, and tennis. He completed a transitional year at Tucson Hospital's Medical Education Program in Tucson, Arizona.
Kyle Jensen, MD received his BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his MD from the University of Arizona. Kyle grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoys tennis, photography, cooking, and traveling. He completed a preliminary year in medicine at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.
Erik Maki, MD attended the University of California at Davis, where he received his B.S. in Exercise Biology. He received his M.D. degree at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, NV. He grew up outside of Sacramento, California and enjoys golfing, camping, traveling and snowboarding in his spare time. He completed his preliminary year in medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, NV.
Benjamin Addicott, MD, MS attended the University of Florida, in Gainesville, FL where he received a M.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering. He received his M.D. degree at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL. He completed his preliminary year in General Surgery at University of Hawaii in Oahu. Dr. Addicott enjoys surfing, climbing and coffee.
McKenna Belzer, MD was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She attended Saint Mary's College of California in San Francisco where she attained a B.S. in Biochemistry. She received her M.D. from Creighton University School of Medicine in Nebraska. She completed her preliminary year through University of Washington Internal Medicine at the Boise VA Medical Center. Dr. Belzer enjoys spending time outdoors, water skiing, running, soccer, reading, watching HGTV, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
Nour Birouti, MD, attended University of Chicago, where she received a B.A. degree in International Studies and Biology. She received her M.D. degree at Northwestern University. She completed her preliminary year in medicine at University of Chicago Northshore Health System. Dr. Birouti enjoys board games and blues dancing.
Meghan Higley, MD, attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, IA, where she received a B.A. degree in Art and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She received her M.D. degree at University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. She completed her preliminary IM year at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. Dr. Higley enjoys going to the Zoo and taking her preschooler and toddler on nature walks.
Aaron Kirsch, MD, attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, where he received a B.A. degree in History. He received his M.D. degree at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He completed his transitional year at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, MI. Dr. Kirsch enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling to new places, and playing jazz piano.
Ryan Moore, MD, attended Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, where he received a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering. He received his M.D. degree at Vanderbilt School of Medicine in Nashville. He completed his transitional year at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Chattanooga, TN. Dr. Moore enjoys whitewater kayaking, hiking, and photography.
Tyler Moore attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA where he received a BS in Chemical Engineering. He worked as an engineer at Dow Chemical. He received his MD from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. He completed his surgery internship at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Tyler enjoys soccer and snowboarding, has interest in technical projects, and can be somewhat cantankerous when LSU loses a football game.
Dr. Brian Clark obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota, his PhD in Neuroscience and his Medical Degree from New York University. He completed his internship year in general surgery at the University of California San Francisco. Brian’s interests and activities include brain imaging, surfing, climbing and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Pegah Entezari obtained her Medical Degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. She completed her transitional year internship at St John Providence Hospital in Michigan. Dr. Entezari’s interests and activities include swimming, hiking, traveling and watching movies.
Dr. Brian Goldner was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He is the youngest of 3 boys, and the first person in his family to go to medical school. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and his Medicinae Doctor from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He completed his internal medicine internship at the Providence Portland Medical Center. Brian’s interests and activities include cooking, hiking, camping, ultimate frisbee, flying kites, birdwatching, biking, science fiction, board games and traveling around the Pacific Northwest. He also enjoys meeting new people and attending multidisciplinary meetings and conferences.
Dr. Cody MacMillan obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon and his Medical Degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University. He completed his transitional year internship at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. His interests and activities include photography, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Phillip’s interests and activities include travel, cuisine, wine/beer, running, racquetball, opera, science fiction, and spending time with friends/family.
Dr. Nathan Wnuk obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University in Canada and his Medical Degree from Duke-NUS in Singapore. He completed his surgery internship year at the University of Illinois in Chicago, IL. Dr. Wnuk’s interests and activities include art, photography, mountain climbing, canoeing/kayaking, skiing and exploring the world.
