Rob has over 10 years of experience in the teaching, training, and staff development industry. He is 1 of 40 Career Development Facilitator Master Trainers for the National Career Development Association.
He was Chairperson for the NCDA Career Development Facilitator Advisory Council for three years and has been honored with the NCDA Presidential Recognition Award for leadership. Rob has written a chapter entitled, “Training and Leading Groups,” in the textbook, Career Development Facilitator Training, National Career Development Association.
He also has written for the Career Planning and Adult Development Journal. Rob earned his B.S. in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S.W. from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
