Denise Hoover is a leader in the Human Resources division of Salem Health, a not-for-profit regional health system in the mid-Willamette Valley. She is responsible for employee wellness, compensation, benefits, and supporting systems. Prior to her current role, she served in both in management and project consultant roles.
Denise earned a B.A. in English from The Colorado College, and an M.B.A. from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University. She holds certifications both as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Project Management Professional.
