Christie Pizzimenti Receives IBNS Travel Award
03/02/17 Portland, Ore.
We are pleased to announce that Behavioral Neuroscience Ph.D. candidate, Christie Pizzimenti, received a travel award to attend the 2017 IBNS meeting in Hiroshima, Japan. Award winners receive a cash award, certificate, and waiver of registration fees (a $350.00 value). Travel awardees will present orally during a dedicated travel blitz session and in a poster format during the posters sessions.
We are very proud of Christie's long list of honors and awards. It is worth noting that this is Christie's SECOND travel award for a scientific conference in Japan. In 2015, she attended the Japan Neuroscience Society's meeting in Kobe.
