Melanie Pina Receives OBI Fellowship

11/05/14  Portland, Ore.

We are happy to announce that Behavioral Neuroscience Ph.D. Candidate, Melanie Pina, received an OHSU Brain Institute (OBI) Neurobiology of Disease Fellowship. The award will cover Melanie's stipend.

Melanie's application was judged on the basis of scientific merit, novelty, relevance to the research to the neurobiology of disease, the commitment of the student to ongoing research on the neurobiology of disease, and the mentor's qualifications. The fellowship award is made possible because of the generosity of a donor.

Congratulations Melanie!
