I have developed a method of dynamic vectorcardiography to quantify repolarization lability and showed an association between increased temporal lability of repolarization and sudden cardiac death in the general population. I have also developed a marker of electrical remodeling (SAI QRST) and showed an association of SAI QRST with ventricular arrhythmias in heart failure. My lab is examining electrophysiological substrate of cardiac arrhythmias and is developing ECG risk score of sudden cardiac death in the general population.
