The next OHSU Interprofessional Initiative (IPI) education event will be on October 4. If you have already signed up to be a faculty facilitator, thank you!  OHSU faculty involvement is essential in ensuring the success of the IPI and a learning environment to support interprofessional education (IPE) and practice.

We still need faculty facilitators for the small group sessions.

If you haven't signed up, please see the information below. If you are interested in signing up to be a small group facilitator, please fill out this very brief survey before September 24th https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/IPIOct4

The ESSENTIAL portion of the day for facilitators will be the small group sessions from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 2:50 to 5 p.m. In the middle of the day (11:20 to 1:30) everyone will be free to do other activities. There are large group activities related to IPE and Teamwork 10:45 to 11:20 and 1:30-2:30 that we believe you would enjoy, but they are not essential.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to commit to a full day session from 8 to 5. Your facilitator time commitment can be limited to only the small group sessions.

We are also asking faculty facilitators to attend one training session.  The training sessions are scheduled for the following times:

  • Friday, September 27th from 9-10:30AM
  • Friday, September 27th from 12-1:30PM
  • Monday, September 30th from 12-1:30PM
  • Monday, September 30th from 3-4:40PM
  • Monday, September 30th from 4:30-6PM
  • Tuesday, October 1st from 7-8:30AM
  • Tuesday, October 1st from 8:30-10AM

We hope this information will encourage you to sign up to be a facilitator and to attend as much of the day's events as will work for you.  If you have any questions, please contact Keleigh Glisson in the Provost’s Office at 494-2308.
