As one of 11 schools selected as recipients of the American Medical Association’s Accelerating Change in Medical Education grants, the School of Medicine is part of the AMA learning consortium to rapidly disseminate ideas and best practices to other medical and health profession schools. In October 2013, George Mejicano, M.D., Tracy Bumsted, M.D., MPH, Bill Hersh, M.D., Patty Carney Ph.D., MSN, and Leslie Kahl, M.D., attended the first meeting of the consortium in Chicago.
Check out video of the meeting below; Dr. Mejicano highlights features of OHSU M.D. Curriculum Transformation at about 2:20.
