The goal of the Office of the Dean is to advance health care and its delivery through service and leadership to our students, faculty and region.

The Office of the Dean is the central administrative unit for the OHSU School of Medicine. The Office of the Dean coordinates all administration of the School of Medicine and the Faculty Practice Plan. These activities include strategic planning, admissions, accreditation, curriculum development, faculty affairs, student affairs, alumni affairs, continuing medical education, graduate medical education, finance, leadership training, human resources, community engagement and partnerships, communications, and much more.
