Enrollment Verification- Current Students
The School of Dentistry Student Affairs Office will verify enrollment for current students (i.e. jury duty, car insurance, etc.). Please make your request to:
Graduation Verification - Graduates
The University now maintains a centralized Registrar's Office responsible for verifying past education and degrees. In most cases, forms are provided by the organization requesting verification. Please allow 5 business days for requests to be processed.
The Registrar's Office is only able to confirm the name, subject area and date of an earned degree. If an employer or state licensing board requires additional information such as class rank or GPA, the graduate is then required to either order an official transcript, or submit a formal request in writing.

LOAN DEFERMENT
The University Registrar's Office is also responsible for loan deferment though the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. If your lending institution has provided you with a deferral form, please sign and submit it to the Registrar's Office. In most cases, deferral will occur online through the Clearinghouse every term unless forms are provided by the organization requesting verification.
