Education and Background
Dr. Fiske received an AB in Biology from Colgate University in 1963. He graduated with a DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1967. Following five years in the US Naval Dental Corps with duty in San Diego, Guam and at the Naval Graduate Dental School, he entered the orthodontic program at the University of Oregon Dental School, earning his certificate in orthodontics in 1974. From that time to the present, he has been in the private practice of orthodontics in Hillsboro and Forest Grove.Teaching and Professional Affiliations
Prior to coming to Oregon, Dr. Fiske was on the staff of the Naval Graduate Dental School,in Bethesda, Maryland. His present teaching responsibilities include both didactic and clinical supervision of the graduate orthodontic residents.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists and a member of the following organizations: American Dental Association,Oregon Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Oregon State Society of Orthodontists(Past President 1988), Northwest Component, Edward H. Angle Society,Roth/Williams International Society of Orthodontists, College of Diplomates American Board of Orthodontics, and the Willamette Valley Orthodontic Study Club.
