Christine Sedgley BDS, MDSc, MDS, FRACDS, MRACDS(ENDO), PhD
Christine Sedgley received her BDS, MDS, MDSc (Endodontics), FRACDS, and MRACDS(ENDO) in Australia, her PhD in oral microbiology at the University of Hong Kong, and her Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Michigan. After arriving in the US she was an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. In January 2010 she joined the Department of Endodontology at the Oregon Health & Science University as Associate Professor and Chair. Dr Sedgley has a microbiology research laboratory for the study of microorganisms associated with infections of endodontic origin. She has participated in over 120 research and continuing education presentations, and published more than 50 papers and chapters. Dr Sedgley is currently Associate Editor of the Journal of Endodontics and Chair of the AAE Regenerative Endodontics Committee. Dr Sedgley is a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
