- Coordinates library student employees, including hiring, training, and daily scheduling
- Coordinates Millennium circulation projects for Access Services department
- Develops and produces technical and informational documentation for circulation staff and library users
- Provides customer support to off-campus users of library web-based resources
- Develops and coordinates student and staff continuing education and training
- Facilitates policies and procedures for Summit Borrowing
