Gabon visit - Summer 2013

Spencer and Palmer met with WHO in Gabon to lay the groundwork for a mhealth surveillance system. Also to potentially establish short-term visits for OHSU faculty and residents to the College of Health Sciences of Makarere University, one of the oldest in Africa, and to the Albert Schweitzer Hospital, among other venues in Africa and elsewhere.
