Interprofessional Education
In the Fall of 2006, the OHSU Center for Ethics in Health Care adopted its five-year strategic plan which included building an inter-professional ethics teaching program. A "Teaching Inter-professional Ethics" (TIE) team was established and the development of an inter-professional approach of sharing ethics cases and teaching across health care disciplines.
Through the generosity of Madeline Brill Nelson, the Madeline Brill Nelson Chair in Ethics Education was established in 2007.
