- OHSU Research Center for Gender-Based Medicine - providing International leadership in gender based medicine that will change the future of women’s and men’s health through a collaborative team with seasoned investigators who identify and study gender-linked factors that influence prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease and disability. Offering direct research support via funding opportunities through the SEED Funding Program investigators are invited to apply for grant funds to develop projects focusing on gender-related human disease.
- Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental & Related Disabilities (LEND)-promoting the health status of children (and their families) with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities by training professionals for leadership roles, collaboration with other agencies, and participation in policy development on health care.
- Oregon Area Health Education Centers (AHEC)- provides health care professionals who enter rural practices support to help keep their skills up-to-date through continuing education opportunities, including the Rural Community Health Clerkships and Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network (ORPRN).
- Global Health Alliance - working to reduce health disparities through the promotion of global health awareness, education, advocacy and action at OHSU and throughout the larger community. By facilitating collaborations between students, faculty, and community partners, we aim to provide opportunities to learn about global health care in diverse cultures and settings; build a dynamic community dedicated to inquiry, cooperation, and creative problem-solving; increase access to the kinds of social, intellectual, and other resources that will enable students to work towards reducing global health disparities both locally and abroad.
- Diversity & ADA Services, School of Nursing- provides information on diversity and ADA services for faculty, staff and students at the School of Nursing.
- OHSU Libraries Patient Educations Resources for Clinicians- provides a list of resources with patient education handouts for limited and non-English language patients.
- Consumer Health Information in Multiple Languages Available from National Library of Medicine - MedlinePlus has a multilingual feature, providing access to high quality health information in many languages. This new service, linked from the MedlinePlus homepage, benefits people who prefer to read consumer health information in their native language. It also helps the information professionals and health care providers who serve them.
- OHSU & Your County- providing support to build partnerships that enhance community-based care, serving Oregon's most vulnerable citizens and providing access to health care education.
