Diversity and Health Resources

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion produces several diversity resources to bring cultural awareness on campus, as well as best practices in recruiting and retention. It also compiles resources and opportunities offered throughout OHSU and in the community. Some of the resources listed below are available to the general public, while others are provided exclusively to our staff, faculty and students.

Diversity and Spiritual Resources

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion has compiled a Diversity Resource Guide, a Cultural Awareness Guide for Religious and Spiritual Accommodations, and services for members of the LGBTQ community.

Unconscious Bias Training

The campus-wide unconscious bias initiative is one of many ongoing efforts to create a fully inclusive OHSU community and to remove barriers to individual and group success.  It focuses on everyday bias – positive and negative – that impacts how we interact with people and our decision-making.

Diversity Calendar

In an effort to raise awareness of significant diversity and inclusion dates and also to promote a culture of belonging, here's a calendar - a starting point, really - that can be updated. If you have questions or recommendations, please email cdi@ohsu.edu.
