Trumba Event Calendar

OHSU supports an enterprise, web-based calendar solution for publishing online, interactive, calendars of events called Trumba Connect. We have recently upgraded our calendar to support such features as adding events to a personal calendar, emailing events, and setting email and cell phone text message reminders on events.

Trumba Calendars

Web Strategies can help you get set up with a new calendar for your department. A new calendar requires that your department purchase a license for a calendar editor, which costs $40 a month. The editor is responsible for maintaining the content in the calendar, approving event submissions and monitoring the quality of the events that are listed. Any OHSU employee can submit an event request to the calendar, but it is the editor's responsibility to approve and post that submission.

More Trumba Information

Ozone or Public Site

A calendar can be either internal or external. Internal event listings will only show on the Ozone Intranet calendar. External event listings will show on both the public website as well as the Ozone Intranet calendar.

When your calendar is set up for the first time, there is also the option to have the events "roll up" into the main OHSU event calendar. Web Strategies will work with you to determine the most appropriate workflow for your calendar.
