Endeca Upgrade
Implementing Endeca as the search engine for the OHSU site has opened up the ability to tailor searches and gives users the opportunity to focus in on their searches in a way unique to the structure of OHSU.
Now that Endeca is set up to search the site as a whole, Web Strategies is working with individual units to improve their search ratings through tagging and optimizing content.
Web Strategies and ITG are also working with the Endeca Professional Services team to upgrade the software to the latest release.
