Our Services
The mission of Web Strategies is to support OHSU's public-facing web presence. This includes both the applications that host and retrieve OHSU's web content and the web owners who develop and maintain it. What follows is a list of our team's core service offerings.
Website Design
We can help you with a public website redesign or building a new public website in Tier I. Tier I is our fully supported web environment. New sites are built using Unified Site standards and supported with a content management system.

Website Access
We can help you get access to a site on the OHSU domain. This includes Tier I (CommonSpot), profiles, Tier II and the O-Zone. There are different processes and requirements for each kind of access.

Trainings
Trainings that we provide are part of the design process for new websites or part of gaining access to an existing website. We also have Open Web Labs (OWLs) as part of our support services where authors for the public website (www.ohsu.edu/xd) can get help with work in a computer lab.

Analytics
We set up WebTrends analytics tracking on websites in CommonSpot, so that website owners can see what visitors are doing on their sites.
Calendar
If you think you might need a more robust way to manage events that you provide to audiences within and outside OHSU, you might consider using the online calendar, Trumba.

Blogs
If you need to help keep people current on what's going on in your department or even make it easier to communicate within your department, consider requesting a blog.
